Measuring performance and tracking progress of the project to us serves as a major activity for it is through it that we get to know the progress of the beneficiaries and the project. We normally conduct MEL to our seed grant beneficiaries after every three months in order to check on the progress of their businesses. We visit their places of business and record their progress by using modern digital M&E tools.
