Amon kashegwe is a teacher by professional working with Civil society organization (CSO) Women of Influence, as monitoring and evaluation officer, previously worked as tutor at kigogo teachers’ college and supervisor at Rungwe avocado company.Mr.Kashegwe possess additional essential skills and knowledge i.eplanning, training, coordinating and project management, community engagement, infographics (photography,videography, and graphic designing)and writings kills. Furthermore, Amon has experience on project management, socio-economic development and community welfare, education, entrepreneurship, reporting, data collection and analysis by using data collection tools such as Excel, or specialized M&E tools like KoboToolbox, and google forms to collect and analyze data as well as field visits.
